H.E. President Wesley W. Simina of the Federated States of Micronesia, H.E. President Surangel S. Whipps Jr. of the Republic of Palau, and H.E. President Hilda C. Heine of the Republic of the Marshall Islands have jointly written to leadership in the U.S. Senate stressing the importance of prompt U.S. Congressional approval of the Amended Compacts of Free Associations with the three nations.
